Official example from Anthropic

In Anthropic’s use case, you start a Cowork task in the Claude desktop app, grant it access to your desktop or a folder, and send this request. Claude reads the scattered files, works out what each one is and moves them into a folder structure, then reports what went where. Point it at one folder first if you want to check the result, and mention anything it should not touch. Anthropic notes the files it uses are processed on Anthropic’s servers.

The prompt is quoted from Organize files across your desktop - Claude Academy.
